What Do I Need To Start A Search?
A company name, company address, and instructions explaining who you want to find. A person's name is helpful when you know it, but you can describe a role instead.
When Will I See Results?
Your request is saved as Waiting For Research. A separate research system picks up the work. No fixed completion time is promised. Open Previous Searches to see the current status and any contacts added so far.
Do I Need To Pay?
No payment is required in this first version. There is no checkout or credit requirement.
Can I Change My Instructions?
Yes. Open your search and choose Edit Instructions. Existing contacts and the current status remain in place. Editing does not automatically run the search again.
Why Are Some Contact Details Blank?
Not every public source provides every detail. A contact can include a name, email, phone number, or source link in any combination. The information is presented as it was supplied by the research system.
How Do I Reset My Password?
Choose Forgot Your Password on the login page, enter your account email, and use the emailed reset link within 30 minutes. You can also change your password from your dashboard when logged in.
Can My AI Change My Password?
An AI can set your initial password when creating an account. Changes to an existing password and recovery use the website.
